Carmen Perry

Carmen Perry is a Summer Associate at Batoff Associates, P.A. She is currently pursuing her J.D. at the University of Baltimore School of Law.

​

Carmen holds leadership roles as Vice President of the Technology Law Association and Treasurer of the Intellectual Property Law Association. She received the Regional Best Brief Award for the National Black Law Student Association Thurgood Marshall Moot Court Competition (2025) and secured first place in the 2024 Pace University Elisabeth Haub School of Law Environmental Law and Policy Hack Competition. Beyond her coursework, Carmen serves as a Privacy Law Research Assistant for Professor Michele Gilman and dedicates her time to the Maryland Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts’ Pro Bono Art Law Clinic. She graduated cum laude and was a Dean’s List recipient from Salisbury University, where she received her undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies with a minor in Biology.

In her free time, Carmen enjoys practicing yoga, attending Washington Spirit games, and trying new recipes.
