Michael ("Mike") Sawicki is a Partner at Batoff Associates, P.A.

 

Mike is an experienced legal professional with law firm and international in-house general counsel experience. In the past, he was the general counsel for a family office and an international private equity owned educational testing and certification company. He has been a member of several senior leadership teams for numerous business entities and responsible for all aspects of legal compliance and management of several legal departments. Mike prides himself on mitigating corporate risk with cost effective legal spend and has a great deal of experience with complex contract negotiations, privacy issues, government contracting, labor and employment, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, real estate, litigation and tax and estate planning. Mike began his legal career as a litigation associate at a premiere Baltimore law firm.
